Restriction and Contraints
The difficult aspects within my human trafficking documentary was that it was a very strong topic which people don't really have experience with which made it a struggle to find interviewing material to show the public story people have had with the particular topic. I solved this problem by increasing the amount of secondary material from relevant websites and sources so that it lengthen and increases the awareness and importance of the issues based on the subject with the area. Also there were problem the first part of the production process since the first drafted story board didn't really provide fact and information to the audience but only one dramatic story which would try to get the audience to feel sympathy, this wasn't the only aspect I wanted to provide towards the audience. The solution within the short time I had due to re-producing the draft for a documentary which suits the standards for my thought and idea of how to portray information towards the audience simple and easy to interpret.
Management
The method I used to manage the production process of this documentary project would first be to choose depending on the amount of time I had if I had time to organise people to voice over the information to make it clear for the audience to process all the information, in the end I chose to use subtitle and provide the information in a reading format due to the short time towards the deadline.I personally would improve due to making it harder for the audience to keep up with the documentary due to a more time consuming method of providing the information to the audience. Due to the word formatted information I had to apply transition which were placed in through iMovie in time with the information length of viewing so that the documentary would be more fluent and meaningful. To make the material for clips to be within the background of the information of the documentary I mostly used establishing shot which presented housing or public area to symbolise that anywhere could be associated with Human Trafficking. In my opinion I felt this aspect was the most successful conceptually. However, to improve it I would try to remove the border of the text so that we could see most of the clip, but if I did that I would be able to see the text within a black format and make it easier for the audience to process within the time given between the transitions and fade aways.

Production proposal for Documentary
diary
Day 1- I first had the idea of shooting within the outdoor sitting area within the Coulsdon college grounds however, after 5-6 shoots I felt I needed to alter the whole documentary story since I felt it wouldn't be that effective so started drafting a new way to present my topic of human trafficking.
Day 2- I produced a storyboard of a selected scenes of town areas and housing to show that anyone and anywhere could be contributing to human traffic behind your very nose. I then individually shot scenes of housing around the Purley and Coulsdon College area to make it local to me. I felt this was a huge step within the production stage since it allowed me to focus around the clips with either subtitles or voice overs to suit the timing and the atmosphere produced depending on the song.
Day 3- I converted to editing onto iMovie to experiment with use of transitions, voice-overs, subtitles audio, freeze framing and manipulating the video speed and effect to apply a mood visually to the documentary. This process took up to 3-4 day to refine which then led onto uploading the finalised the documentary onto youtube and burned it onto a CD as a hardcopy.

Employment oppurtunities
- What job roles are available in your chosen sector?
animator
assistant producer
audio engineer
Creative director
DevOps Engineer
External Producer
Game Designer
Game Programmer
Lead Artist
Game Artist
Lead programmer
Level Editor
Narrative copywriter
Product Manager
Producer/Product manager
QA tester
Technical Artist
-How do some of these job roles overlap and interconnect?
A role within this sector which interacts in between two separate job roles would be the technical artist because their role is to act as a bridge between the Artists and the Programmers by combining the visual development with the programmers use of coding of how the game would be running for the product. The more obvious interconnecting roles would be lead artists and programmers who lead together their individual team such as the art based and the programming based sections within the organisation.
-How can these job roles evolve and develop over time? (e.g. working way up the ladder)

There is no set route for you to follow to become a Creative Director, but it is not an entry-level role. You will usually need over five years’ experience in a senior game development position, with commercially successful titles under your belt.
You could work your way up to this role from previous experience working as a Lead Artist or Lead Designer, or from a production background. You will need to have developed an exceptional understanding of how the different components of a game combine together to create the finished product.
-Why do you need to regularly update knowledge and skills to work in this industry and what courses/training/professional development can you do?
For this specified sector it's crucial to update your knowledge or you'll just be overpowered by the the competition of other companies within the gaming sector. For example, Microsoft and sony are competing within the new generation consoles when they announced the production of Xbox One and Playstation 4 which was within 2013 which competed for both software but also pricing.

Regulatory Bodies
PEGI is a age rating system which is used to unsure that the content within companies game products are suitably classified depending on the according to if some content is needed to be be protected by consumers under the age of the classification. The games aren't rated depending on the level of difficulty of the content toward their consumers. The purpose of the organisation PEGI(Pan European Game-information) was to established to help guardians and or parent to make information decisions on the rated products and pointing out if the game has either violence, bad language or other content.
The effectiveness of the PEGI'S authority based on it regulations towards video games are mostly if a game is not classified properly it won't be able to display to the audience a solid knowledge of what content or age group this product would be targeting. Also parents and or guardians rely on how PEGI classifies game product to protect their children or people who they're buying the product for from content which they don't feel who be suitable for their age group especially for younger age groups. Game company also use PEGI system to make sure they are producing content under the standards of what age group and target audience they're trying to display the product to so they don't proceed to any problematic situation when they get PEGI to rate the content.
Game company have to think about constraint within their sector based on if the content is relevant to the standard of the content which relates to the PEGI's system, such as if their product's content has violence, inappropriate language they wouldn't be able to classify the game lower than a 15-16 age rating due to the content wouldn't be suitable for the lower age groups.
The organisation is supported with multiple and very successful gaming companies such as Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo, as well as developers within Europe. The organisation enforce their power through symbols which pin point what particular content the game product contains which is easily visible towards the targeted audience and or guardians.
Within 2014 the game South Park: The stick of truth was censored in Europe and Australia due to depiction of anal probing by aliens and player characters performing abortions. This was especially censored content within Germany's version due to the use of Nazi's and Hitler use of imagery. Example of content of using Swastikas and Nazi salute, which at this present day is illegal within that country. The platforms this game was spread to were Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC which suggest that the content within the game product that was controversial was widely spread to multiple platforms which could suggest promoting the ideal and view within the game to the younger generation.

Task 2-Ethical and legal: restraints in the creative media sectors
Research on ethical and legal constraints relating to media sector
social issues within the gaming sector are mainly how gaming can effect peoples social lives depending on the amount of game time they spend which would make them less active and become anti-social due to playing with friends more than heading out into their community, this could also effect the characteristics of a person such as if they play more violent games which are older aged than the younger generation it would effect the amount of aggression and rage adapt to within the actual daily life. However, this isn't fact for all gamers due some games also contribute to improve family life especially games produced within the nintendo platform such as mario and luigi franchise which applies a positive characteristic of how the gaming sector can effect their audience.
representation of gender that associate within the gaming sector would be how men and women are studied, however within most mainstream game in the present day women are still under rated and significantly under presented for example the Fifa and Call of Duty series just recently introduced female character that you can play which then links to the idea of portraying them as traditional stereotypical gender roles . But also past games such as the Lara Croft series where at the time it was the first female character in a game at the time of 1996, but at the time the first Lara Croft was published they represented women poorly by introducing Naked modification which were targeted for male audiences.
religion within the gaming sector has a unique and problematic effect towards the representing religion compared to the other media sector based on the fact that some games feature both violence but also religion together which could be presenting some religions and beliefs to have represented negatively through presenting a particular religion through terrorism or a stereotypical character of using faith to cause violent behaviours, but also games have the ability to create a fantasised religion where it fits with a RPG genre. An example of this would be within a example of this would be Dragon Age who classify religious groups as a faction called Chantry which worship a maker and have the characteristics and being one of the most powerful group within the game to have a mirror effect on how much religion can effect a society within a gaming example to represent how a religion can effect real life situation such as how powerful faith and belief can effect us globally.

GTA violence influence violent behaviour especially within especially within america due to the the lack of laws which constrain people from owning or obtaining weapons which could influence gamers who try to act out situations within games. An Example of a cases would be that A teenager in Thailand, murders taxi driver and robs him to imitate a scene based within the 'Grand Theft Auto' video game.
He later told police: "Killing seemed easy in the game."

Mock interview Evaluation
From the beginning of the interview they'll be judging through first impression from the body language, facial expression if both show either confidence or passion for the companies work space or present the enthusiasm for what you do and want to do. An example....
If your nervous, which is a key and natural impression if you are inexperienced within a interview based situation it could effect the way you communicate and present your passion so what I tried to do was mostly try slowing down what you say within a walking pace and sometime pause to show you actually thinking of the question instead of going straight to improvising because that would suggest to the interviewer that you don't have that much knowledge of the terminology
